TERMS OF USE

The following are provided by Mental Health and Recovery Counseling Education and Training hereinafter referred to as (“MHRCET,” “charity,” “we,” “our” or “us”), located at application.mhrcet.org (the “Site”), to all website visitors referred to as (“Applicant,” or collectively as “Applicants”), exclusively under the following terms of use (the “Terms”). By submitting the online employment application, Applicant acknowledges and agrees that he or she has read and understands the Terms and agrees to be bound by them. We reserve the right to terminate an Applicant’s service at any time, for any reason, including without limitation, if we learn that Applicant has violated these Terms.

DATA AND REPRESENTATION
Applicant is responsible for data provided to us as part of the employment process. Data supplied by Applicants may include, but are not limited to, employment opportunity descriptions, Applicants interests, past and present charitable service, employment, and personal contact information. We have the right to review the data of each Applicant to determine compliance with these Terms, laws, or regulations, and reject an application based on misrepresentation of data provided during this process.

PRIVACY
Applicant will be required to provide personal data to us (“Personal Data”). All uses of Applicant’s Personal Data will be treated according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Site to submit an employment application, Applicant is accepting the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy. If Applicant objects to having his or her information used as described in the Privacy Policy, Applicant’s sole recourse is to terminate using the Site and conclude the application process.

The online application takes approximately 15-20 minutes. To complete the process in a timely manner without distraction DO NOT press the back button, refresh, or close your browser. Inactivity for longer than 30 minutes will automatically redirect your session to the login screen.

HOW TO NAVIGATE
To navigate through the site click “next” in the footer of each page to go forward and “previous” to go back. When all required fields are complete you may also click one of the corresponding tabs at the top of the application to go back and forth from page to page. However, you will be unable to “submit” your application until all required fields have been filled in.

You can “reset” the entire application at any time by clicking the icon in the bottom right corner of the form. Please be certain you want to delete all entries prior to using this feature. This action cannot be undone.

Note: It is in your best interest to ensure all questions have been answered to the best of your knowledge allowing us a complete overview of your skill sets, interests, areas of expertise, etc.
